The modular curvilinear form provides a flexible and adaptable framework capable of responding to future changes and expansion. The master plan includes a complex which consists of a 20,000 sqm office block, 300-room hotel and shopping facilities as well as a train station complex (with offices above).

The proposed design for the Republic of Turkey’s Chancellery Building in Berlin explores and seeks to address the dialectics of mass/void, inside/outside, private/public, transparency/solidity with the intention to create a contextually suitable, welcoming building.
The proposed design employs passive solar design and other green building principles to minimize its impact on the environment.
