This Public Service Hall building, commissioned by Georgia’s Ministry of Justice, brings together a number of services – Civil Registry, National Archives, Bureau of Enforcement and Notary Chamber – under one roof, creating a new blueprint for a government building.

In this project for a contemporary Georgian Orthodox church in Tbilisi, respectfulness for a long-standing tradition is reflected by the archetypal form of the enclosed space, the cross-themed design of the glass walls and the use of local stone. The units, apartment buildings and villas, are all different in size, form and height, in order to keep the new volumes visually diverse and offer a great variety of views.

A single underground parking serves all buildings, while above ground circulation is exclusively pedestrian.
