Student accomodation sited on promotories created to preserve the natural flood plain and the seasonal nature of the landscape.
This project, completed May 2006, involved the conservation and conversion of Carton House into a ‘4-star plus’ hotel. It comprises 165 bedroom, 147 of which are in a new-build hotel block, and 18 of which are in the original main house; bars and restaurants; a banqueting hall, leisure centre and spa.
