Located between the railway line, Barlowstrasse and Brodersenstrasse, an attractive new residential address is being created on the eastern edge of the district with superior residential quality. Renovation and Extension to a cultural multipurpose facilities building with library, theatre and restaurant. Competition special prize 2009. Reintroducing a clear edge to the town’s main market square with a row of colonades, the facade design catches the spectators eye with a laser cut pattern of a binary translation of literary essays.
Revitalisation of 1970s Office Building. Completion 2008. Individual laser cut slit-pattern as a binary translation of share prices reveals buidling’s history.
