The units, apartment buildings and villas, are all different in size, form and height, in order to keep the new volumes visually diverse and offer a great variety of views. A single underground parking serves all buildings, while above ground circulation is exclusively pedestrian.
21 floors mixed use building, hosts a shopping center on the three lower floors, five office floors and twelve for hotel and residential use. Suspended gardens on the the third and ninth floor create green buffers and connections between different functional zones.
