This Public Service Hall building, commissioned by Georgia’s Ministry of Justice, brings together a number of services – Civil Registry, National Archives, Bureau of Enforcement and Notary Chamber – under one roof, creating a new blueprint for a government building.
The Public Hall on the ground floor is surrounded by a colonnade, that is seamlessly connected with the outdoor square; it promotes public interaction and is the ideal continuation of an outdoor/indoor space for civic events.
An eco-conscious roof garden and café, with trees and a great view, is open to all citizens and will become a trendy pole of attraction.
